Victoria is an award-winning independent consultant specialising in waste and resource management, with over 19 years of industry experience. She provides strategic and practical advice to local authorities, government bodies, and private organisations, supporting areas such as compliance, procurement, efficiency reviews, and sustainable waste solutions. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Wastes Management (FCIWM) and a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv).

Victoria has provided technical advice on areas including service performance, legislative compliance, contract procurement, and service insourcing. This will be her sixth annual update on the Government’s Waste Strategy, for this webinar.
