As CEO of Integrated Skills Limited, he has overseen the company’s growth as a UK & international software provider and its transition to a hybrid employee ownership model, helping organisations improve operational performance through technology, data and innovation.

Project Manager - Waste Planning & Permitting

Alison has over 25 years experience working in the waste management sector. She coordinates and prepares both planning and Environmental Permit applications, working with the industry to deliver new waste management infrastructure.

Alison also works with waste operators to develop and implement Environmental Management Systems.

Andy has over 20 years’ experience helping organisations tackle complex operational challenges through consultancy, data and technology.

As Client Services Director and a member of the Integrated Skills Limited Board, he leads teams that deliver successful projects and lasting client partnerships across waste management, environmental services, logistics and the public sector.

Matt is a Chartered Waste Manager with over 30 years’ experience in the domestic and international waste sector.In recent years he has focused on product development (from concept, through design and development, to implementation and ongoing support) of ISL’s software solutions across all sectors. Fluent in French, Matt is also the account director to the client base in the Channel Islands and Middle East

Director - Technical and International Projects

Peter is a multi-lingual (German, French, English) Professional Engineer with extensive international experience in ICT, GIS, database systems and mobile applications.

He specialises in route optimisation for waste, traffic/highways software and contract management systems, delivering technology-led solutions in the Channel Islands as well as for clients across Europe and the Middle East.

Business Development Director

Stuart has 35 years’ experience in the waste management sector including 15 years local authority service management experience.

As Business Development Director at Integrated Skills, his focus is on our clients, which includes providing industry and policy insights through our Webinar programme. Stuart represents CIWM Members in the NE Region.
