On Thursday 7th May we hosted a webinar discussing How to Re-open your Household Waste Recycling Sites Safely during the COVID-19 Lockdown. We were speaking with guests Sarahjane Widdowson (Intelisos) and Paul Jones (Northumberland County Council) – who just this week has had success when safely reopening their HWRCs.

With lots of valuable, practical advice, Paul took us through the considerations his authority had to make as well as the collaborations in order to reopen the HWRCs to the public for safe disposal of household waste.
