Nick Crick
In 1993 Nick jointly established Integrated Skills Ltd. with a view to providing expert environmental, waste and management advisory services. Since then, Nick and the company have undertaken projects in more than 50 countries worldwide. Nick is Integrated Skills’ Chairman. This role gives him responsibility for providing oversight on a range of company matters and business development, as well as giving him the opportunity to continue with direct input into project work. He is also involved in promoting the company's RouteSmartTM software. Nick has worked in the field of wastes management for over 30 years. He has a wide experience in waste management and related environmental industries, including technical, operational, financial, commercial and political aspects. This experience is supported by his dual qualifications as a chemist and economist. His particular expertise lies in planning, organising, financing and managing waste collection and disposal services for municipal and industrial wastes. He is also experienced in providing institutional strengthening in all aspects of waste management. He has wide international experience in financial analysis of waste management projects and the interpretation and practical application of waste management legislation. Nick’s dual skills in wastes management and finance means he is well equipped to combine these fields in order to provide comprehensive advice to clients on the technical feasibility and economic viability of projects.
