James joined Integrated Skills (UK) Ltd. in 2008 and is responsible for the development of software and hardware solutions to support ISL's clients in the environmental, logistics and related sectors. He has written the software for ISL's RouteSmart Navigator, which is both an in-cab device for spoken driver instructions and a route simulation application for driver training. He invented and developed the hardware and software for ISL's TrackSmart base station and is responsible for continued support and development of existing products, new programming work and website layout and design.

James' experience includes leading web application development at a large financial services group and developing internet banking applications and other web based products. James has further experience in server commissioning and maintenance, with strong skills in Linux internet and database performance server setup.
