Andrew Clewes trained as a geographer and after a period as a cartographer for DEFRA has worked as a consultant for five years with a particular specialism in streetscene services. He has carried out audits of street cleansing and grounds maintenance services for local authorities and registered social landlords. Andy has GIS expertise and has taken a lead role in coordinating RouteSmart re-routing services for local authorities including North Kesteven, the UK’s top recycling authority.
