Philip Smith, BSc, PhD, CChem, MRSC, MCIWEM - Associate Phil Smith is a chemist and aquatic ecologist with extensive experience in the field of freshwater and marine pollution and the undertaking of Environmental Impact Assessments. He has specific experience of assessing the impacts of sewage and other wastewater discharges and the mitigation of their adverse effects. He has also undertaken ecological and environmental assessments for such projects as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, oil exploration, housing developments, water supply and storage, and land reclamation. He has worked in India and Hong Kong as well as throughout the UK.
