Ian McIver, ONC, HNC, Lead Assessor Quality Management Systems - Associate Ian McIver has extensive experience in the survey, assessment, design, costing, project management and supervision of major Quality Management projects, both for simple third-party assessment and registration to BS EN ISO 9000 series and Total Quality Management Systems. He was instrumental in setting up Quality Management Systems for a leading UK waste disposal company, leading to the first UK registrations to ISO 9000 series for waste management facilities. Since then, he has had a major involvement in setting up Management Systems for a large number of leading UK waste management and metal recycling companies.
