About us......

The company was formed by Mike Betts and Nick Crick in 1993 to provide environmental advisory and management services to government and industry, especially in the field of waste management and environmental services.

The name Integrated Skills came from the use of diverse disciplines to evolve innovative solutions. Over the following years the Company has built a strong consultancy base in the UK and internationally.

With the increasing impact of Information Technology on the management of environmental services, Integrated Skills opened a subsidiary company in Guernsey, with a significant IT base, led by Matt Polson. A notable success for this company was the development of the first fully operational street works coordination software, using GIS and Workflow; Trafficworx™. The business was further augmented by the acquisition of a specialised civil engineering consultancy in 2005.

In 2000, Integrated Skills acquired distribution rights to RouteSmart™, the world's leading high-density routing software. It has become a route optimisation system of choice by a large number of organisations in the UK environmental services sector.

In 2008, Integrated Skills added exclusive distribution rights to WinRoute™, a leading low-density routing package for product and parcels collection and delivery and all manner of other route planning and optimisation tasks.

The Company offers a substantial capability in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) which is led by James Holt.

2008 saw the opening of a Head Office in Southampton and the expansion of a specialist team led by Patrick Scott offering a wide range of services to Local Authorities and industry in the UK.
